Business Development Manager Laatu Technology
Ensure a successful market introduction and further development of the Laatu technology. Lead, coordinate and support a cross functional team to meet customers/market requirements. Explore a new business model enabling us to capture the true value of this new technology. Develop and validate business plans, create the product roadmap and define future applications and services. Collaborate closely with existing customers and work to introduce potential new partners. Lead IP topics, legislation initiatives and collaboration projects with stakeholders. Build-up credibility of Laatu technology in industry, academia and regulatory bodies.
University degree in engineering or food technology supplemented with a continuing education in Product Management or Business Administration. Professional experience in sales, technical sales support or product management, preferable in the field of sterilization or pasteurization markets. Good knowledge of business processes as well as sound project management know-how. Strong analytical and methodological competencies. High customer orientation and excellent communication skills. Readiness to travel. Ability to deal and interface with internal and external stakeholders, management and intercultural teams. Proactive, driven and motivated team player.
